AI Bootcamp

14 Days. Your Team Builds It. Together.

Not a report. Not a strategy deck. Your team picks the tasks, builds the workflows in GenAI Sandboxes with our instructors, and proves they can operate in the new model.

How It Works

01

Audit

Days 1-3

Map every task. Interview the people doing the work.

02

Classify

Days 3-5

Automate, augment, or human-only. You see the split before anything gets built.

03

Select

Day 5

Leadership reviews. Together we pick the highest-impact tasks.

04

Build

Days 6-14

Instructor-led. Your team builds in GenAI Sandboxes. 3 Simulations + 1 Assessment per task.

What's a Simulation?

A Simulation is a 4-hour guided exercise built on your real workflow data. Nuvepro designs it. Your team solves it with an instructor in a GenAI Sandbox. Not slides. Not theory. Your team builds the actual workflow that will go live.

Per-task structure (3 + 1)

Sim 1: Build the core workflow

4h: Configure the agent, test it, see it work

Sim 2: Integrate and connect

4h: Wire to real systems, data sources, APIs, triggers

Sim 3: Stress the handoffs

4h: Edge cases, escalation protocols. Manager practices supervision.

Assessment: Prove readiness

4h: Independent. Pass = project-ready.

See It In Action

Task

Generate predictive maintenance work orders from sensor trends

Sim 1: Build monitoring agent

Sensor thresholds, alert rules, work order templates

Instructor + team

Sim 2: Connect to CMMS

Sensor data pipeline, maintenance scheduling integration

Instructor + team

Sim 3: Stress the handoffs

False positives, override protocols, escalation to shift supervisor

Instructor + team + manager

Assessment: Prove readiness

Triage a batch of sensor alerts independently. Generate work orders. Escalate correctly.

Questions

A complete analysis of one workflow: every task classified, a workflow blueprint, hands-on training in GenAI Sandboxes with our instructors, and your first AI-enabled task goes live. 16 hours of instructor-led work over 14 days.
Everything in the pilot, plus two additional tasks. That's 9 Simulations and 3 Assessments total, 64 hours of instructor-led work. Your team transforms an entire workflow, not just one task. Handoff protocols defined and practiced for every agent-human transition point.
Most of our bootcamps are for non-technical teams. The Simulations are designed as step-by-step guides. Your team doesn't need to code. They need to understand the work, and that's what they already do. The instructor handles the technical setup.
We're tool-agnostic. The bootcamp works with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or any industry-specific AI. We build Simulations in GenAI Sandboxes that mirror your production environment.
Training teaches concepts. The bootcamp builds the actual workflow your team will use in production. Your people come out project-ready, not just trained. They've configured the agents, integrated with your systems, stress-tested the handoffs, and proven they can operate independently.
O*NET is the U.S. Department of Labor's occupational database: 894 occupations, each broken into 15-40 discrete tasks. It is the most comprehensive public taxonomy of work in the American economy. APQC (American Productivity and Quality Center) maintains the industry-standard framework for classifying business processes. We use both as the foundation for task classification: O*NET for roles (the People Path) and APQC for workflows (the Process Path). Your bootcamp is built on this data, not generic AI training content.
