About the role As the Enterprise Events Lead at Anthropic, you will own the development and execution of enterprise-focused events that accelerate pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and elevate Anthropic's brand presence with key enterprise audiences. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact event experiences—from major industry conferences to hosted summits, and partner activations. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure every event touchpoint reinforces Anthropic's position as a leader in safe, frontier AI. You'll bring a strategic mindset grounded in data, a talent for flawless execution under pressure, and the ability to translate complex enterprise goals into compelling in-person and hybrid experiences.
